Watson in 1997.  Mr. Watson has over 45 years executive management, sales, and technical experience in high technology companies.  He was president of Data Card Corporation's Troy Division, general manager at Locus Computing and Computer Automation, and vice president at Platinum Technologies, Local Data, and Varian.  His diverse background also includes sales, sales management, and technical management positions.

  • At WATSON CONSULTING, Mr. Watson has been able to apply his unique combination of management, sales, and technical expertise to benefit the bottom line of clients.  He has successfully worked with a wide range of technology companies from start-ups and re-starts to established industry players.

  • Mr. Watson's in-depth experience spans both domestic and international markets.  He has been a key player in hardware and software technology companies in both private and publically owned.  He has assisted in the completion of numerous mergers, acquisitions, and equity funding transactions. Mr. Watson has also served on the board of directors for both private and public entities.

  • As part of his board and consulting activities, Mr. Watson is actively involved with the Intellectual Property (IP) aspects of software and related systems.  He is familiar with the patent process from filing to assertion.

  • Mr. Watson received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from UCLA and a Certificate in Data Processing from the DPMA.  He is a frequent lecturer in engineering and management at the University of California, Irvine, and has been a national lecturer for Data Tech Institute.
